Our mission

Make a customer operation that remembers something you can own, not rent.

Building an AI customer operation today means bolting together tools that were never meant to talk: a voice agent, a chat widget, a CRM, an automation builder, a help center, analytics. Separate logins, separate data, and a lot of glue in between. The “memory” everyone talks about is really a stack of custom configuration holding its breath.

We think that's backwards. The conversation, the record, the memory, the human in the loop, and the automations should arrive already connected one record, one place, no stitching so the people running a front desk can focus on customers instead of integrations.

The complete single-workspace stack conversation, engagement, CRM, and automation is open and self-hostable, with no community edition that has the good parts removed. Run the full engine on your own infrastructure, free, forever, and keep your customer data where it lives. The cloud plan adds the white-label agency layer, rebilling, and multi-workspace for people reselling it.
